1. Introduction

Welcome to cariddle. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [cariddle.com] (“Website”) and the purchase of our advisory services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Who we are

We are cariddle, providing car-buying advice and sourcing support to customers. Our purpose is to help you buy the car that’s right for you.

3. Services & Packages

We offer multiple levels of service: for example, a Starter package, Seeker package and Sourced package. These differ in scope and duration.

  • The “Starter” package provides up to 1-hour video call and advice on how to search for a car.

  • The “Seeker” package provides multiple sessions plus WhatsApp support while you search.

  • The “Sourced” package includes the full support: we find a shortlist of cars for you, carry out enquiries, perform a history check, and present a “wild card” option.
    All Services are described on the Website.
    When you book a Service you must complete our questionnaire so we can best help you.

4. Booking, Payment & Refunds

4.1 Payment: You agree to pay the fee for the chosen package at the time of booking (or according to the payment terms as set out on the Website).
4.2 Refunds: If you wish to cancel your booked Service, you must inform us in writing (via e-mail) as soon as possible. Refunds will be subject to the following:

  • If you cancel before any advisory call or commencement of the Service, we will refund you (minus any incurred costs).

  • If the Service has already begun (e.g., first call completed or work underway), we may refuse refunding in part or in full, depending on the stage of work.
    Refund policy details will be provided at time of booking.
    4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Service if payment is not received on time. In that case no refund is due.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when completing any questionnaires or during our sessions.

  • Use the advice and information provided by us in a sensible manner; we do not guarantee any specific car purchase outcome.

  • Be aware that any car purchase you make is your decision; we give advice and support but you remain liable for the ultimate purchase, contract with a seller, vehicle condition, tax, insurance, registration and ongoing maintenance.

  • Not to misuse the Services for any unlawful or improper activity.

6. Our Responsibilities & Limitations

6.1 We will provide our Services with reasonable skill and care, based on the information you provide.
6.2 We do not act as a car-sales retailer, vehicle broker or guarantee that any particular vehicle will be found.
6.3 We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party vehicle sellers or any subsequent vehicle ownership issues (mechanical faults, hidden damage, registration issues, etc.).
6.4 Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We exclude all other liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.5 Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, advice and intellectual property on or delivered through the Website or Services remain our property (or our licensors’ property). You may only use the materials for your personal non-commercial use.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We will process any personal data you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which you should view on the Website). You agree that we may collect, store and use your personal information for the purpose of delivering our Services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time, and the revised version will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after the changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
